What It's Like Working With A Life Coach | My Interview with Casey Jones

Almost one month ago, I had the fortune to meet Casey Jones of Casey Jones Designs. She’s one of those women that, from the moment you meet, you wonder where this person has been your whole life!

Casey is the best of the best when it comes to web design, but she’s also the best of the best when it comes to kindness, giving, and inspiring me to be the best person and entrepreneur I can be. We bonded over a single night out to see local Santa Barbara celebrity Jack Canfield speak about his Principles of Success… and since then, we’ve created our own little mini mastermind with big ideas and some super exciting projects in the works (more to come on that, soon).

I recently sat down with her to give her community a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Life Coaching, and the mindset principles at play for anyone when it comes to success and business. I share some things I’ve never shared here… such as the unique relationship women have with success, and details on what the process of working with me looks like. I would love it if you hopped over to have a read. And as always, send me an email or drop a comment below with any questions! xx - CB

Lead Your Life Forward

It feels so good to be home!

As you know, I love to travel. I love meeting, seeing, and experiencing different people and cultures... observing what inspires them and what drives them in the day to day living of life. If I go more than a month or two without some sort of excursion (whether that's a short trip to LA to meet with colleagues, or a longer one to Europe for pleasure), I go stir crazy. Travel has become my catnip, and there will always be a significant presence of it within the curated version of my Love Styled Life.

Lately, however, I've noticed something different... a craving to be still. A craving to experience a more simple way of being. A craving to indulge in my daily mediation, in my own mediation chair... to spend my morning at the local coffee shop (as opposed to the airport Starbucks), and walk along the rocky winter beach of Santa Barbara (as opposed to the unfamiliar sidewalk of a new city). All of this to say, I'm craving the comforts of home. My home. This bespoke version of home I've curated here in Santa Barbara.

Yesterday many of us celebrated Easter, and for the first time in 36 years my family (due to travel and other conflicts) decided not to get together and celebrate. So for the first time in my life, I was faced with being on my own for a holiday that is completely centered around family.

If I'm being honest, Easter has never been my favorite holiday... but the irony is, the minute I knew our family celebration was cancelled, I missed it. And missed it deeply. It made me miss my Mom, her Easter baskets and silly Easter shenanigans. It made me yearn for a time that no longer exists... taking me out of the present, and into a state of regret. A regret for the moments I didn't appreciate when I had them.

And while I allowed myself to sit in sadness for just a bit, I eventually snapped my fingers and snapped out of it. Living A Love Styled Life is a practice for well-being that calls us to choose our feelings and choose our perspective. So in that moment, I recognized my responsibility to choose and connect with what I truly desired to feel - the desire to feel a sense of connection to family for Easter. As a result, I did what I teach my clients to do: asked myself how I desired to beknowing that I desired to feel a sense of connection to family. The answer came immediately, and was simple: make the short drive up the coast to Los Olivos, and spend Easter Sunday at my grandparents old church in their old home town, with their beloved old community. I recruited a dear friend to join me, and the day turned out to be pretty fantastic!

The lesson in all this?

Everything is a choice. Every moment a choice. And as long as we stay focused on the choices presented us in each moment, life will be whatever we dream and desire it to be... feel however we dream and desire it to feel.

In the service yesterday, Pastor Randall Day mentioned this when delivering his Easter Gospel: Don't look for the living among the dead. And I smiled inside. Because this is what Living A Love Styled Life is all about. Don't look for the living among the dead. Instead, look forward to life... to the life you desire to live... to impact you desire to make... and to the way you desire to feel. My challenge to each and everyone of you this week is to lead your life forward.... to the future, as opposed to backward in the past. Remember, life is meant to be lived and lived well. Simply stay focused on how you desire to feel and be, and everything else will take care of itself.

Preparing For Greater

So you all know I'm a huge Seattle Seahawks fan! And saying I'm a huge fan might be a bit of an understatement. Case in point? Yesterday while watching the most epic game ever, I leapt from my seat in such joy at our huge win, that I brought my drink along with me... and as a result, it landed on everyone and everything around me within a five foot radius. It wasn't my proudest moment, but the excitement I felt toward this Hail Mary win was beyond anything I expected to feel that day.

I've learned so much from my love of the Seahawks... whether it's the truth that "it doesn't matter how you start, all that matters is how you finish", or whether it's the winning strategy of staying focused and zero-ing in on one win at a time " 1-0... every week, our goal is 1-0".  But perhaps this week I had my biggest takeaway to-date: Greater is coming!

You can prepare, and do everything in your power to achieve your dreams. And sometimes, no matter how much effort you're putting in, it seems as if your dreams are still no where near close to becoming a reality. The money is not coming in the way you desire it to, your relationships are still out of wack, the pounds still aren't coming off, etc. Even when you're doing the work... staying focused on how you desire to feel and be, staying focused on the why behind everything your doing, committing to a practice of silence and gratitude, etc. etc. etc. You can be doing all the "work" necessary to transform your life into A Love Styled Life, but yet nothing seems to be working.

But here's where the real journey begins. This is your moment, your test (from yourself to yourself... not from some needy vindictive God) on how committed you are to really experiencing the life you dream and desire to experience. This is the time for FAITH... faith that everything you envision for your life, is meant for you!!

Sometimes, the manifestation will come as a result of your faith in the form of a Hail Mary or miracle (as opposed to the form in which you planned it to). Your job (and only job) in this scenario is to keep the faith and believe that GREATER IS COMING.

See what I mean, below:

So in the spirit of preparing for your greatness, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SHIFT IN YOUR PERSPECTIVE TO PREPARE FOR YOUR GREATNESS?

For this week's challenge, I want you to take a look at your words. And not just the words you speak externally (I'm not prepared, I don't know how to do this, I can't, I am committed, I am ready, I will make this happen, YES when you mean YES or NO, etc.)... but also the words you speak internally to yourself about yourself. What are you saying about your abilities? Your worthiness? Your dreams? Your desires? Where are you making yourself wrong? What about yourself are you making wrong? And how can you shift that perspective to one that serves you in experiencing everything you dream and desire to experience in your life?

5 Ways to Set Yourself Up for Success in Your Life & Career

If there's one thing I've learned over the last year, it's that transforming your life requires staying the course, which inevitably will require busting through unforeseen road blocks or stumbles along the way.

The good news is that consistency and the drive to keep going, keep choosing how you desire to feel and be, and to keep putting your dreams and desires first starts and stops with YOU.

So how can you set yourself up for success in 2016 (and beyond) on the journey to a more joy-filled, authentic lifestyle?

Here are five specific ways you can set yourself up for success in living your bespoke version of A Love Styled Life.

1. Do Something NOW

The moment you set a goal, intention, dream or desire in writing, do something right then and there toward it. Make a phone call, hire that coach, go for that walk, look into the cost of that airline ticket, etc. Taking action NOW not only shows the Universe that you're serious about your desires, but it also help put your heart and soul in direct alignment with that feeling or experience you're craving.

2. Put Self Care First

Seriously, FIRST. Above your kids, above your husband, above your family or work. You cannot live A Love Styled Life if you perpetually leave yourself to last. I say this often, but just like on an airplane when they ask parents to place their mask on first before placing a mask on their children, so, too, must you continue to put your mask on first in every area of your life. YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE FIRST. By putting self care first, you can be a better wife, girlfriend, daughter, mother, employee, or business owner. The fun part is that you get to decide what this means for you!

3. Stay in a Routine of Gratitude

gratitude is in the realm of the spiritual. When you live from a place of gratitude, you keep yourself connected to God/Universe/Source, which keeps you connected to receive everything you dream and desire. Plus, everything is happening for you... whether as an opportunity to learn or grow, or whether as a gift and match for your desires. Finding the gratitude in every aspect of life will keep you moving forward and living within the realm of how you desire to feel and be at all turns.

4. Surround Yourself w/ the Support YOU Need

I cannot stress this one enough. As Jim Rohn reminds us, your life is the average of the five people you spend the most time with. But here at A Love Styled Life, we take it a step further. Your life is a reflection of not only the people, but also the places and information you surround yourself with the most. So if you're looking to completely transform your world, you have to transform who and what you surround yourself with. Hire a coach, make new friends, choose a new work environment, declutter your Facebook feed, etc. Personally, the biggest leaps in my life came from hiring a coach and from my decision to stop watching the local nightly news. Getting rid of the drama and investing in someone who was completely dedicated to my success were two of the best decisions I have ever made in my life to-date.

5. Spend Time in Silence

Getting clear on how you desire to feel and be in your life comes from first getting in touch with yourself. And getting in touch with yourself comes easiest in silence. There is so much noise in our world... from social media to the well-meaning opinions of our loved ones... that it's difficult to actually make decisions from our authentic dreams and desires. Two years ago I started going for daily walks in silence, without a cell phone. No music, no companions, just me and my silence. Today this has become my favorite form of self care, and one of the biggest ways I create in my life and my business. Dedicate time to a consistent practice of silence, and I promise you'll be on the way to living your bespoke version of A Love Styled Life!

Now it's your turn...

So in the spirit of experience wholeness, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks you to:

Choose one of the ways above for setting yourself up for success, and actually implement it in your life!

To Experience Wholeness

I had a conversation this week with a former client that I couldn't ignore.

And as I've said time and time again, your experience in the world outside of you is a direct reflection of the world happening inside yourself ( i.e. your thoughts, beliefs, dreams, desires, fears, etc). So, believe me when I say that I take notice when something in my external world hits a nerve with me.  Because what I've come to know is that when the nerve striking conversations or incidents come up, something within my internal world needs attention and is out of alignment.

And alignment is EVERYTHING.

But knowing when you are out of alignment, and need to pay attention requires truly being present in the moment. Which for some reason, seems to be one of the hardest things to do in our world of bright shiny things. Text messages, emails, social media... all of these (and more) seem to make it so so difficult to be in the moment. Yet as Oprah describes reminds below:

"To be present is to be fully alive!"

Oprah's Belief Story #20 What Does it Mean to Live in the Moment? #beliefstories

Posted by Oprah Winfrey on Saturday, October 10, 2015

But the there's more to alignment than just authenticity. Being present, which leads to being aligned, is how you experience a sense of wholeness. Wholeness is more than alignment. Wholeness is what you FEEL when you are aligned. Wholeness is you living in your present moment. Wholeness is aligning with your authentic bespoke self. It's the essence of living A Love Styled Life.

But what this conversation with my former client was so quick to point out... was something I'd forgotten to remember and espouse (and so had she).

See the thing is... THERE IS NO DESTINATION TO WHOLENESS.

Waiting to experience that sense of joy and ease and peace etc. that comes from being aligned with your authentic self is futile, because all you'll ever experience is the feeling of waiting. Wholeness is a state of being that can only be accessed in a moment. And you can choose to experience wholeness when you remember that all is perfect whole and complete. That every moment is an opportunity to feel better, be better, choose better.

Wholeness comes from the decision in any given moment to choose to see opportunity as opposed to roadblocks.

Living A Love Styled Life is the experience of wholeness from your own bespoke point of view. And the experience is meant to feel good and be filled with joy. Therefore, whatever you can do in any given moment to feel better and experience more joy is all it takes to began the experience of wholeness in your life. And since we all feel good and experience joy in different ways, there's nothing outside of you that can create the experience of wholeness like your authentic unique self. That's why it's so important to know you, love you, and love you. It's all about creating the experience of wholeness in your life.

And let me tell you... wholeness feels pretty darn amazing!

So in the spirit of experience wholeness, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT CAN YOU DO IN THIS MOMENT TO FEEL BETTER AND EXPERIENCE MORE JOY?

For this week's challenge, I want you to stop, and be in the moment. To ask yourself, how can I feel better, and experience more joy RIGHT NOW! It may be big, it may be small, but it shouldn't be too big that you can't experience that feeling right now. It could mean going for a walk, taking a bath, talking to a loved one, doing a dance in the middle of your living room, eating ice cream, shopping for a new handbag, or perusing Pinterest. Whatever it is, your challenge is to STOP, BE IN THE MOMENT, AND EXPERIENCE JOY.

You Are Enough

You've heard me talk about this before, but for the first time I'm putting WORTHINESS into perspective when it comes to THRIVING and SUCCESS. When you start to experience profound transformation ( aka tons and tons of good) in your life, there's something that happens that if you're not careful, can derail and stop all of the amazing progress you've experienced thus far.

For this week's #StyleTruthChallenge video I share with you how this personally came up for me this week, and how I was able to move forward through it.

So in the spirit of thriving, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT ARE YOU SAYING/THINKING/BELIEVING ABOUT YOURSELF TO PREVENT YOU FROM EXPERIENCING MORE GOOD?

For this week's challenge, I want you to take a look at those things right now that are uncomfortable...that you're procrastinating...that you're avoiding doing because it feels too good to be true that things are going so well. My challenge is for you to remember that YOU ARE ENOUGH, and to take some inspired action (right now) to do something for YOUrself to remind yourself of exactly that!

Everything Is Figureoutable

This week, I've had some pretty amazing things happen in my life and business. And while I'm not yet ready to share all the details, I do have something to share about the journey and the process. Because this week, I was reminded just how it easy it can be to stay in the same place because trying to figure out all of the unknown details seems nearly impossible.

In this week's short 6 minute video, I share exactly what I mean!

So in the spirit of going after your dream life and livelihood, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT ARE YOU AVOIDING DOING BECAUSE YOU'RE AFRAID YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT?

For this week's challenge, I want you to take a look at those things right now that are freaking you out...that you're procrastinating...that you're avoiding doing because of the WHAT IF (i.e. what if you can't figure it out?). The beautiful thing is, this is just your mind keeping you from growing because it's the safe place to be. My challenge is to take the leap anyway...get started, and do something, knowing that everything will be figureoutable along the way.

Say Yes to YOU

Things are about to get real...real raw that is! This week, I was once again reminded how important taking care of YOU truly is when looking to experience a thriving life and livelihood. You would think as a life stylist and coach for career driven women and entrepreneurs that I'd have this perfected by now. But the beautiful thing about living A Love Styled Life, is that growth begets growth. Simply, the more you up-level your life, the more opportunities you'll be given to put your values and principles into action.

This week's short 5 minute video let you in on what I mean...

So in the spirit of going after your dream life and livelihood, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT can you do to say yes to you this week?

For this week's challenge, I want you to take an honest look at your life. How you're feeling, what you're needing, where you need to pay more attention to YOU, and less attention to everyone and everything else around you.

Be sure to head on over to Instagram to participate, using #StyleTruthSundayChallenge ! Also...have a topic you'd like covered in #StyleTruthSunday? Email me or leave a comment below (I'd love to hear from you).

Cheers to say YES to YOU and living A Love Styled Life!

Face This and Live The Dream

When I first started my business, and began working with clients professionally, I noticed a pattern...especially among high achieving, driven, and ambitious women entrepreneurs. Yes, we go for it! We say YES to doing something different, playing life by our own rules...seeking the create a livelihood ( a career AND a lifestyle ) that not only breaks with tradition but one that allows us to experience everything we've ever dreamed to experience in life.

But let me be real...entrepreneurialship is not for the faint of heart. As my mentor Gina DeVee reminds quite frequently, running a business is like building an airplane while flying at 30,000 feet. And from personal experience in building my own bespoke version of A Love Styled Life, I am here to tell you that there couldn't be a statement more close to the truth. But the key to success...the key to living this amazing life and livelihood you dream about...is to keep flying and to keep building the plane.

I see so many women give up on the idea of living a dream life, often times way before they even get started. Even when their idea is spectacular, their ambition empowering, and their drive to make a difference in this world inspiring. They don't start. Or they stop right before things are about to get really good.

Why?

This week's short 3 minute video breaks it down to one simple thing:

FEAR.

FEAR is the thing that holds us back...that keeps us small...and that prevents us from trying, taking chances, and from doing everything it takes to create the life inside our wildest dreams. But what I've come to know is this...FEAR is meant to be faced. FEAR is meant to be loved. Because what we FEAR is often THEE thing we must overcome. It's the thing that will take us from spiraling out of control to flying our planes in smooth air at 32,000 feet.

For me, when I faced the FEAR of failure...the FEAR that success would take me further and further away from those I loved...the FEAR that I wasn't worthy of the dreams within my heart...that's when I knew what my thoughts and beliefs were saying. And once I knew what my thoughts and beliefs were saying...only then could I actually begin to shape my thoughts and beliefs to ones that supported the life I dreamed to live.

So in the spirit of going after your dream life and livelihood, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

WHAT is your biggest fear(s)?

For this week's challenge, I want you to face your FEAR. What are your thoughts and beliefs saying, and what do you need to change? Be brave, know that everything is happening for you, and that your FEARs are pointing the way.

Cheers to facing your FEAR and living A Love Styled Life!

Mindfulness Made Easy

So this week I'm switching things up a bit!

Normally, I'd send a video of myself or one of my mentors, speaking on the ways in which you can begin to incorporate the principles of A Love Styled Life into your own bespoke world. But this week...my heart was captured by a 107 year old woman. Another beautiful testament that lessons come, even in the most unlikeliest of forms.

Meet Peggy Freydberg...woman poet (and general rockstar of a lady) who put mindfulness into perspective for all of us in her recently published collection of work. You've heard me talk a lot about this in the past...this idea of mindfulness and living consciously in every single aspect of our lives (see some of my other posts and video challenges on this from the past here & here ). But what I love about her simple yet profound approach to mindfulness, is that it's something you and I already do (or have the opportunity to do) every single day.

What is it?

Drumroll.....

Making your bed

Say what?

Yes, you heard me right...Freydberg suggests making your bed as the first and most important mindful act you can make in a day. Here's a link to the article, which talks more about this from an interview she did on the subject.

But it's her poem Chorus of Cells which beautifully illustrates in prose her revolutionary approach, and I've included that here:

Wow. Beautiful and profound, right?

This week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

HOW CAN YOU MAKE MAKING YOUR BED A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE?

For this week's challenge, I want you to share your pictures of putting this simple mindful act into practice. Be sure to head on over to Instagram to participate, using #StyleTruthChallenge so we can see what you've been practicing!

Also...this week I'll be hosting my first ever Periscope video (and maybe even possibly taking you behind the scenes of my own answer to this week's challenge). The Secret To Knowing Yourself

One of my favorite speeches ever given was a commencement address that Jim Carey made for the graduates at Maharishi University. As someone who regularly practices Transcendental Meditation, it was fascinating to hear a Hollywood Celebrity talking about the Universe, the law of attraction, spiritual connection and love in the context of life and livelihood...touching on the principles of living A Love Styled Life without even realizing he was doing it.

As I've shared before, living A Love Styled Life starts with truly and completely knowing yourself...who you are, and how you desire to feel and be in your life. And as I've also shared, knowing yourself can be one of the most difficult things to do...especially if you've been avoiding or hiding from her for years.

But the secret to doing that...to truly knowing yourself on a deep and profound level is shared within the short three minute video montage of Jim Carey's amazing speech. Any guesses what the secret is?

Watch below (and see if you're right):

Did you find the answer?

The secret to finding your way back to your authentic self?

Here's the secret:

When I first realized that I had no idea who I was, and what I truly wanted out of life, this was where I began...in silence. I would go for walks around my neighborhood (sans cell phone) to listen, observe, and think. Sometimes I would pray, other times I would simply observe my thoughts or the world around me. But mostly, I would question what it is truly wanted out of life...how I wanted to feel and be in everything from my livelihood to my relationships to my health.

Slowly, over time and through this practice (which I still continue today), I found my way back to my authentic self.

Now it's your turn...

In the aim of better knowing your authentic self, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

how can you create a practice of silence within your own life?

For this week's challenge, I want you to share one way you've practiced silence in your life this week. Is it going for walk, meditating, swimming, running, yoga? Is it hiking your favorite trail or enjoying a nice hot bath? What is calling to you as a means to going within and connecting with yourself in the silence of your heart?

Be sure to head on over to Instagram to participate, using #StyleTruthChallenge ! Also...have a topic you'd like covered for the weekly #StyleTruthChallenge? Email me or leave a comment below (I'd love to hear from you).

Cheers to another fantastical week!

Becoming The Dream

There are 400 billion bits of information that our brain has exposure to...every single moment of the day.

Yes...you read that right...400 billion bits of information!

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that not even the most advanced of human brains can compute all that information at once.

So what does our brain do?

It narrows down that 400 billion bits of information into a measly 2,000.

Yes, you read that right...

Every single moment of the day, your brain pulls out and processes only 2,000 bits of information from the 400 billion bits of information available to it. And just to hit that point home further, those 2,000 bits of information are approximately one-half of one-millionth of a percent...or one half of this little number: 0.000001. Needless to say, in comparison to what's available to us, our brain doesn't even come close to tapping into all that's available to us in any given moment of the day.

But what does this have to do with living A Love Styled Life? Simply...everything. Because the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings we hold about everything in our life becomes the barometer for what information our brain pulls out and processes.

In this week's video, Elizabeth Gilbert (author of Eat, Pray, Love) talks about how this played out in her own life...and specifically in relation to her love life, and attracting the man of her dreams. Watch the short 3 minute video below:

As Elizabeth Gilbert talked about, she wasn't able to attract the love of her life into her life, until she became the kind of woman who stood in her power and recognized her worth. Her brain literally couldn't recognize the amazing relationship, until she had an amazing relationship with herself and knew (aka thought, believed, and felt) that it was possible.

So in the name of becoming your dream life, this week's #StyleTruthChallenge asks:

What will you need to become, in order to live the life and livelihood you're dreaming of?

For this week's challenge, I want you to share one little thing you can begin to become in order to move closer and closer to your dream. Is that test driving your dream car, taking 20 minutes to meditate, or signing up for the domain of your dream business? Is it creating an affirmation such as: " I look forward to having a free work schedule ", or " I look forward to feeling confident about myself ", or " I look forward to living the life of my dreams "?

Be sure to head on over to Instagram to participate, using #StyleTruthSundayChallenge ! Also...have a topic you'd like covered in #StyleTruthSunday? Email me or leave a comment below (I'd love to hear from you).

Cheers to living, and living well...Ciao!

I Am

In the midst of decluttering my life, I discovered this very powerful message give by Joel Olsteen on the Power of I Am. It was such a reminder that the words we speak (both to ourselves and others) invite exactly that into our life...giving us the ultimate choice and power in speaking the truth for what we seek to feel and be in our lives and livelihoods.

The Eagles & The Chickens

I can't believe my week in Italy is coming to a close (right now, as you're reading this, I'm in the air...probably drinking coffee and watching my third movie of the long trans-atlantic flight).

What an amazing adventure it's been, with more growth and expansion in my life and my livelihood than I ever thought could be possible in just seven days. For this week's #StyleTruthSunday challenge, I share with you one such growth...something I became vividly aware of while traveling abroad this week. And more importantly, something that can easily keep us playing small in our life and livelihoods.

What is it, you ask?

Well...

it all has to do with whether or not you have eagles, or chickens.

Huh?

Yes, you did read that right.

Don't worry, I explain all of it in this week's short 8 minute video (filmed live from my hotel in Milan). Check it out below:

Honor You, And Miracles Happen

Good morning (or goodnight, depending on where you are in the world). After a long travel journey, I'm finally in Italy...relaxes, meditated, and able to finally soak in all the beauty I'm seeing around me. This experience, while just beginning, has been something beyond my wildest dreams...and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you!

And while I don't have a single video for you this morning, I want to invite you over to my FB page, where I'll be sharing videos with you all week from my journey here! Remember ladies, anything and everything is possible!

Cheers to living your own bespoke version of #ALoveStyledLife

The Vision For Your Life

There's so much happening this week in preparation for my journey to Italy (I can't believe I leave on Sunday!!!!), that I chose to share one of my favorite videos of all time with you for #StyleTruthSunday. It's a video taken of Oprah, speaking with student leaders at Stanford University. It's a truly moving speech, all about her journey, and some of the most pivotal and inspiring moments of her life...including never asked questions that had even the queen of talk completely stumped and impressed!

My favorite takeaway?

"Align your personality with your purpose, and no one can touch you"

I love this so much, because I've seen the power of this in my own life. Not just in my relationships, my health, etc...but also in my business & career. The minute I started approaching everything from my authentic self, everything started moving, shifting, growing, and shaping!

Watch the full video below (and be sure to check out this week's challenge below the video):

The Power of Faith

As time goes by, it's becoming more and more apparent to me just how important it is for us to connect with our true and authentic selves.  How we see ourselves, what we believe in, all of these things direct what we are choosing to experience in all areas of our lives.

In simplest terms, it's all about the power of our faith!
