Cynthia Beard
Growing up near Los Angeles, CA, Cynthia completed her B.A. in Communication Studies at California State University, Chico, graduating with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and Communication Design. After four years in corporate finance and banking, Cynthia returned to complete her Masters of Education from Indiana University, Bloomington, where she studied adult learning theory, career advising, counseling, personal development, and leadership.
Cynthia has supported professionals and teams in the development of new programs, onboarding and employee experiences, team dynamics, personal and professional leadership growth and experiential learning programs within the luxury retail, hospitality, design/build, coaching, and events industries.
Cynthia currently lives in Santa Barbara, CA and is available for coaching and consulting opportunities worldwide.
